Step 1.
You gather all you’re ironing together and place it into a basket or bag. (We provide you with your own personal laundry bag complete with name tag on our second visit.) We iron everything, from bedding to underwear!

Call 07973 380 150 or book on line www.mlbironing.co.uk.
We provide weekly, fortnightly, monthly and ad hoc collections. You decide what time you want us to pickup your ironing. Our service operates between 8.00am till late, Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 pm Saturdays.
Step 3.
One of our friendly drivers will arrive at your home at the time you requested. And will weigh your ironing and leave you with a ticket detailing the cost and weight of your load.
Step 4.
One of our professional ironers will examine your ironing and ensure safety instructions are adhered to. Your ironing will be carried out in a clean, smoke-free and pet free environment. Your ironing will be hung or folded as requested.
Step 5.
Our standards are very high. We check all loads before returning to the customer. If we are not satisfied with the quality, we will redo the ironing until our high standards have been reached. Our objective is to deliver ironing which is perfect.
Step 6.
We carefully package your ironing using protective garment covers and folded items will be placed into your laundry bag. Our drivers will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours from initial pickup.
We do not charge for our coat hangers or covers – this is all part of our service. In the interests of recycling we ask that you return hangers and garment covers in your personal laundry bag to be re-used with your next order
Step 7.
We arrive at your door with your freshly pressed ironing. Payment is then due and an invoice will be provided. We accept cash only on delivery, Payment can also be made via our web site using credit or debit cards.
